The artisan chocolate shop Chocolaterie ‘De Zwarte Vos’  (The Black Fox) is a little artisanal chocolate shop which strives to perfect harmony between tastes and colours. As a Belgian Chocolate Ambassador,  Bart Van Cauwenberghe gives lectures and advice concerning chocolate and flavour combinations all over the world. He owns himself a plantation in the Carribean Islands. In 2013, he received a culinary award form Gault-Millau.
