The Museum of Deinze and the Lys Region is home to a world-famous collection of the Lys-painters Emile Claus, the brothers De Smet, Valerius De Saedeleer, Constant Permeke, Gustave van de Woestyne, George Minne and Albert Servaes. But also contemporary artists such as Raoul De Keyser and Roger Raveel are present in the collection.
In this city museum with regional recognition set in a modern building you’ll also discover the folkloristic, archaeological and industrial aspects of Deinze and the surrounding areas.
